This property is the full top floor of a four-plex, reached by an exterior staircase. Two similar units downstairs may be hosting other guests. The covered front porch is entirely yours; the backyard is shared. Everything behind your two front doors is completely private. The two apartments do not connect internally — each has its own entrance off the porch, just steps apart.

There's an exterior staircase up to the front door. The home itself is all on one level once you're inside. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, message us before booking.

There is no washer or dryer on site. There is no laundry in either unit or in the building. For a week-long stay with a big group, plan to pack accordingly or use a nearby laundromat.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
