Welcome to Cape Coddages #205, a direct oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in a low-rise building in Surfside Beach. Step out from the living room onto the covered balcony for sunrise coffee over the Atlantic, then follow the private boardwalk down to the sand. The oceanfront pool, with an outdoor shower alongside, is right beside the beach walkway.

The open living area has a comfortable sectional sofa with a full-size sleeper, an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with a dining table plus bar-stool seating. A stacked washer and dryer is in the unit. Wi-Fi, central A/C and heat, linens, towels, toiletries and beach chairs are all provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a vaulted ceiling with arched windows, and a jetted tub set beneath windows that look straight out at the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and a dresser. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo, the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a half bath means no waiting in line. Sleeps up to 6 with the sleeper sofa.

Surfside Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly beach town just south of Myrtle Beach. The Surfside Beach Pier, River City Cafe and local shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, the Garden City Pier is about a 3-minute drive, and the Murrells Inlet waterfront is a short drive south.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
