• The condo is on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevator.
• Parking passes are provided in the unit. 1 vehicle is allowed April 1 to September 30, and 2 vehicles the rest of the year. Please return the passes at checkout.
• Shared laundry is on the 2nd floor of the building.
• No hair dryer is provided.
• No pets and no smoking. The primary renter must be 21 or older.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
