It's the setup big families and two-family trips dream about — everyone vacations together, but each side has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, and bathroom, so nobody's waiting on a shower or sharing a fridge. 🏖️

NOTE: This property is the full first floor of a four-plex; there are two similar units on the second floor that may be hosting other guests. The covered front porch and backyard are shared, but everything behind your two front doors is completely private. The two apartments don't connect internally — each has its own entrance off the shared porch, just steps apart.

Each side mirrors the other: a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom that sleeps four with two queens, a full bath with a shower/tub combo (easy for families with little ones), and an open kitchen-and-living area with a full kitchen — fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker — a dining table that seats six, and a smart TV for movie nights. Every single room has its own mini-split, so all 12 of you set your own temperature, and fast free Wi-Fi plus smart TVs in every bedroom keep the whole group happy. Linens, towels, and toiletries are included — just bring your beach gear. And yes, pets stay at no additional cost. 🐾

Start your mornings on the covered front porch with an ocean view, make the straight-shot walk to the beach in under a minute, and end the day back on the porch with the salt air rolling in. Behind the property, the Cherry Grove salt marsh sits just 100 feet away — bring a rod and cast a line from the quiet road that leads right to it. The Cherry Grove Pier is an easy 0.2-mile walk down the strand, Boulineau's and the restaurants and shops of Sea Mountain Hwy are a half mile south, and the rest of North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand is a short drive down the road.
