Welcome to the Forest Dunes 1702 Penthouse — a 17th-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Forest Dunes Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach's sought-after Golden Mile. From the penthouse level, floor-to-ceiling windows frame wide-open Atlantic views from the living room, and a covered balcony with Adirondack chairs and a high-top table is the perfect spot for morning coffee or dinner above the beach.

The open living and dining area has comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV and a wet bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and dishes, plus a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table for family meals.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, opens directly onto the balcony and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, both with ocean views from the windows. The second full bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat, linens, towels, toiletries, beach chairs and a stacked washer and dryer are all provided. One parking space is included, and the building's elevators bring you up to the penthouse.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
