Outdoor pools and the lazy river are heated from late February through approximately April and again mid-fall through November; they are not heated November through February.

Important Information
🚗 Maximum of 2 vehicles. No motorcycles, golf carts or trailers. Parking garage clearance is 6'10".
🎟️ Parking passes and your elevator key card are picked up at Guest Services on the 1st floor above the parking garage. Use the EAST elevator to reach the unit. No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts or ATVs (HOA rule); unregistered vehicles may be towed.
🚭 Smoke-free building: no smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies or in common areas ($500 fine). The designated smoking area is the ground-floor North level of the parking garage.
🛁 Bath towels are provided.
🏖️ Beach and pool towels are not provided.
🏊 Pools are open 9 AM–10 PM; children under 14 must be with an adult. Fitness center is on the 2nd floor (under 16 with an adult).
🏖️ Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other beach equipment may be rented directly on the beach or through our preferred rental partner, Sand Savvy Rentals.
🔞 Minimum renter age 25. No pets, smoking (including balconies) or parties.

🌊 This condo sits above the resort's pool plaza. During peak vacation periods, guests may hear normal daytime and early evening activity from families enjoying the resort amenities. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
